Our Team
Dr. Steve Brady
Dr. Steve Brady is the Founder and visionary behind the Covation Center. Dr. Brady is a successful leader and manager with over 35 years of experience in supply chain management, business, logistics, and public policy. He has worked with companies such as Walmart, Kraft Foods, Samsung, Verizon, Macy’s as well as others in developing collaborative processes. The development of the PA Engage Main Street Cohort Program would not be possible without the dedication of Dr. Brady to implement DCED funding.
Michaela Harpster
Michaela delivers multi-faceted support in business analytics, program management, process analysis, and administration. With a strong grasp of data analysis, she provides insights to micro-business clients, optimizes internal processes, and oversees the Engage! program. She also oversees the Covation Center’s MasterClass courses and collaborates with the team to contribute to overall improvements that drive our mission.
Patricia Azriel
Patricia engages with small businesses, donors, and other community cohorts to help ensure a thriving regional and local economy. She is passionate about partnerships that provide the most effective results for the community, whether through financial or social means. With over 16 years of experience in nonprofit marketing and communications, Patricia now works with the Covation Center to oversee the coordination and programs related to our fundraising activities.
Nate Gray
Nate Gray recently graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications. As a member of the Covation Center team, Nate applies his education and creative skills to develop innovative campaigns and promote the mission of the Center. Nate's passion for marketing makes him a key asset to the Covation Center's marketing efforts.
Lily Wimer
Lily is the Grant Administrator for the Covation Center’s Microbusiness Resilience Grant (MRG), a unique funding opportunity provided through the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Response (CDBG-CV) to assist local businesses negatively impacted by COVID-19. She also provides support for the Covation Center’s MasterClass program and assists with day-to-day administrative tasks at the Covation Center.
