Executive Director

Dr. Stephan Brady

Dr. Brady has over 30 years of experience with operations, supply chain, and technology. He also has consulted for a diverse range of industry leaders including Boeing, Lockheed, Macy’s, Walmart, HP, Tyco, Avery-Dennison, JC Penney, the US Air Force and the US Army. His consulting work includes collaborative supply chain management, supply chain technologies/RFID strategies, inventory control/management, and warehouse/transportation network design.

 

Director of Operations

Stephanie Desaulniers

Stephanie manages the day-to-day operations of the center, manages the social media and local outreach, and coordinates many of our workshops and events.

She comes to us with a Bachelor’s degree in Geology and eight years of experience working for various environmental consulting firms. Through this work she has gained valuable skills relating to project management and administration for a range of budgets and job scopes. In addition, Stephanie has taught geology at the collegiate level for both Jamestown Community College and Fredonia University, providing an opportunity to develop techniques and abilities in educating a variety of knowledge and skill levels.

On the business side, Stephanie has close to five years of experience running her own micro-business, learning the ins and outs of how to manage an enterprise successfully and navigating the complexities of learning how to start and grow a business. She is excited to take the management techniques learned through consulting, the teaching skills gained in the college classroom, and the experience of running a small business, to other business owners in the region.
