Stephan Brady is the Executive Director and co-founder of Covation Center, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting small business owners through education, coworking, and strategic guidance. With decades of experience in business ownership and leadership, Stephan has built and led multiple ventures while working closely with entrepreneurs and community leaders to strengthen local economies. He focuses on building partnerships, expanding opportunities for small businesses, and guiding the long-term vision of Covation Center. Stephan is passionate about helping small business owners access the knowledge, resources, and community they need to succeed.

STephanie Desaulniers, the Assistant Director of the Covation Center in Williamsport, Pennsylvania

Stephanie Desaulniers is the Assistant Director and co-founder of Covation Center, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting small business owners through education, coworking, and strategic guidance. Since 2017, she has worked closely with micro-businesses to help them strengthen their operations, make better decisions with data, and navigate growth challenges. Stephanie designs curriculum, facilitates workshops, and works directly with business owners to turn complex ideas—like financial systems or AI tools—into practical solutions. Her work focuses on building supportive communities where small business owners can learn from each other and thrive.

Kendy Alvarez, program manager with the Covation Center

Kendy Alvarez is the Program Manager at Covation Center, where she leads training programs and initiatives designed to support small business owners and strengthen local entrepreneurial ecosystems. With a background in civic and economic development, she has worked with communities, nonprofits, and universities to expand opportunities for small businesses and advance place-based economic strategies. Kendy brings experience in program development, systems thinking, and cross-sector collaboration through her work with organizations across Pennsylvania. She is passionate about building stronger rural communities by connecting entrepreneurs with the resources, partnerships, and support they need to succeed.
