Our Team

Dr. Steve Brady
Dr. Steve Brady is the Founder and visionary behind the Covation Center. Dr. Brady is a successful leader and manager with over 35 years of experience in supply chain management, business, logistics, and public policy. He has worked with companies such as Walmart, Kraft Foods, Samsung, Verizon, Macy’s as well as others in developing collaborative processes. The development of the PA Engage Main Street Cohort Program would not be possible without the dedication of Dr. Brady to implement DCED funding.

Kaylin Kane
Kaylin provides business outreach by connecting with business owners and entrepreneurs across north-central PA. Her passion for supporting small businesses and giving aid to entrepreneurs is achieved through interviews by way of the PA DCED Engage Program to assess your business' needs and refer entrepreneurs and small business owners to the most relevant resources. The heart mission of the Covation Center, building community by providing free and low-cost business support, is her motivation and goal on this team.

Michaela Harpster
Michaela delivers multi-faceted support in business analytics, program management, process analysis, and administration. With a strong grasp of data analysis, she provides insights to micro-business clients, optimizes internal processes, and oversees the Engage! program. She also oversees the Covation Center’s MasterClass courses and collaborates with the team to contribute to overall improvements that drive our mission.

Anne Reiner
Anne specializes in video production and multi-media outreach for the Covation Center. She oversees video and visual content on social media and manages the Center's YouTube channel, producing education video content for the public and for the Center's many business courses. Anne also manages the Center's Media Studio, which is available for area businesses and content creators.

Nate Gray
Nate Gray recently graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications. As a member of the Covation Center team, Nate applies his education and creative skills to develop innovative campaigns and promote the mission of the Center. Nate's passion for marketing makes him a key asset to the Covation Center's marketing efforts.

Lily Wimer
Lily is the Grant Administrator for the Covation Center’s Microbusiness Resilience Grant (MRG), a unique funding opportunity provided through the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Response (CDBG-CV) to assist local businesses negatively impacted by COVID-19. She also provides support for the Covation Center’s MasterClass program and assists with day-to-day administrative tasks at the Covation Center.
