The Covation Center is proud to release the Podcast Series “From Bars to Business.” In this series we will meet people who were “justice involved” or have “background barriers” on their resumes. More specifically, we will talk about the value for businesses in hiring the justice involved and, as we go forward, discuss the benefits and challenges associated with hiring in general.
